The chocolate manufactory delicacao in Berlin has committed itself to the production of fine and exquisit chocolate and cocoa products. Without any emulsifier (soy lecithine) or artificial additives delicacao uses a unique procedure to manufacture a mellow and melting chocolate. 

 

 

Through their excellent network and direct relationships with cocoa bean farmers they get  access to the very best  type of cocoa beans which can be traced back to the farmer himself and allows delicacao to have an impact on the grade of fermentation and  drying. To arouse the individual flavours of each type of cocoa, delicacao processes the beans themselves, from roasting to the final chocolate. This allows them to be in total control of flavours and the final product and to create a unique chocolate. In contrast to processed chocolate on an industrial scale, delicacao wants to create chocolate where the particular cocoa bean from each country can be recognised, for chocolate enthusiasts appreciating the extraordinary. Where others  have a wine cellar, delicacao has a cocoa cellar.

 

 

 

delicacao’s chocolate contains 70% of cocoa, whole milk with 53% cocoa and white chocolate. All whole milk and white chocolates are exclusively made of  goats’ milk.
